Mastering the Lawyer Client Relationship

Establishing and maintaining relationships is essential to our work as a lawyers. Yet, with our busy practices, it can be easy to lose sight of the very people we are trying to help. And while talking seems simple enough, it can be difficult to establish trust and have open and productive conversations with your clients.

Mastering the Lawyer-Client Relationship isn’t just another CPD workshop. It is a day for lawyers who believe in putting people at the centre of what we do. This course is designed to get you proficient in establishing strong, lasting, and meaningful relationships with your clients through communication and relational skills. Connecting with our clients from the start and having open and compassionate exchanges with them will not only make you a superior advocate, but will also improve your quality of life.

This workshop has been approved for 4 hours and 50 minutes of Professionalism Content and 1 hour of EDI

 

Emotional Intelligence Training for Lawyers

Want to find out why emotional intelligence is the leading predictor of success? Why emotional intelligence is good for your business?

In this workshop, we explore what emotional intelligence is, what competencies are involved and what you can do to improve them. Walk away with a concrete understanding of how improving your emotional intelligence will lead to greater overall levels of happiness

Participants will also be invited to complete their own emotional intelligence testing and be able to review their scores to determine their strengths and areas to work on prior to the workshop.
