Unlike IQ, Emotional intelligence (EQ) is constantly evolving and can be improved. Determine your current level of EQ with the world’s leading assessment tool and receive coaching to develop the specific competencies you seek to improve. I offer two types of testing:

  • Emotional Quotient Inventory self-rated assessment (EQ-i 2.0)

  • Emotional Quotient Inventory self and multi-rater assessment (EQ-i 360)

  • Leadership reports can be added to both assessments to determine how your competencies are suited for leadership
